I'm going to speak to VM about my parents-in-law's account (thanks to all who've helped so far with various queries). I'd frankly prefer to do this via chat if possible, rather than phone, for a number of reasons -
is this doable? As in, speaking to a human being who can look at the account / understand what I'm saying (not a bot)
is there a good / bad time to do this (evening/weekday/weekend etc)?
what's the easiest way to access complaints/retentions via chat if chat is possible?
