RETURNING KIT AFTER I WAS TOLD TO RECYCLE

Hi

I have jsut recelntly left VM and when i called to canx i was told they dont want any of my equipment back and recycle it correctly.

So it went to my local recycle as instucted over the pone.
Today i get an email saying the treurns kit is on it way to me and if i dont return it i will be charged for it.

Now im worried that im going be changerd for something when i did what the told me to when i canx my contract with them over the phone.

What can i do please???

thanks for the fast reply, it was the items on the link that you sent me.
on the phone call the lday jsut said we dont want anything back from you jsut recycle it please

I have been able to locate your account and can see that you have spoken to the team about this since you last posted, have they now been able to resolve this to your satisfaction?

hi

i got hold of the team on web chat and went through it all.
they said they would make a note on my account that i was told when i canx that i would not need to return any equipment.

i have since then recived packaging to return the items.
im still worried i have not heard the end of this.

I can confirm the account is fully noted and that the sending of the returns packaging is automated once the disconnection of an account completes. This doesn't change the conversation you have had previously in regards to the return of the equipment. Apologies for any concern or worry caused.
