Quickpay

So basically I get paid fortnightly so I got paid a week before my bill was due 30/4/20 so I basically done a quick pay to pay the bill. I paid it and got the email receipt to say I paid it. It is on my virgin account but then today 11/05/20 i have received a letter threw the post saying that my payment was rejected by the bank. I have paid the bill I dont understand why I am recieveing letters saying I basically havnt paid my latest bill can anyone help with this matter please

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having Jonathanmclean, I would like to take a further look into this for you but would need to do this over a private message, so that we can pass account security and look into this in more depth.
