We are changing our existing package with VM and the new package requires a Hub 3 in place of our existing Hub 2.
The new hub is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and I have received a text message confirming this and advising I will receive a 2 hour delivery slot from Yodel tomorrow.
All the communications about this order suggest installing the VM app or checking my account to view the order details. Neither option shows the order details, stating that I have no orders.
Calling the main sales number and working through the options the automated voice tells me "Looks like you've ordered a quick start package".
Why can I not view the order details online?
