Good afternoonI paid my bill this morning and I received the confirmation e-mail at 12.17pm. I then received two further confirmations at 2.22pm.I have just logged back into my account and it is showing that the payment has been taken three times. How do I go about getting an immediate refund of the duplicate payments as I have other payments due to be taken and I do not want to incur charges if they do not go through?

I'm really sorry to hear that 3 payments have been taken in error, I can appreciate this would be frustrating.
