Query Package & Payment Changes

Hi, just wondered if anyone can help. Was contacted about upgrading / changing package & was told that it would stay at the same price for the next 18 months (on a new contract) but it looks as if the cost has actually gone up. The change has happened half way through the charging period so until the next full month I’m unsure as to the actual amount & concerned that I’ll be outside the 14 day cooling off period. Tried ringing on 0345 454 1111 but after 30 minutes of hanging on, I gave up. Any one got any ideas on how to contact VM?
