Not only do VM force you to speak to complete incompetents but the quality of the phone line is invariably atrocious.Would like some acoustic shock whilst we endlessly transfer you from one fkwit to another, sir?
Factor in you are often not speaking to native speakers and it's a recipe for disaster.
I have to wonder how much of the problems I've experienced are a result of VM's cheapskate attitude to customers?
