That is a ridiculous response. You are their customer and it is their job to manage their business with you.

I, personally, would initiate a formal complaint with Quidco then proceed to the appropriate ADR if needed.

Ask them to explain why you didn't meet the criteria of their offer.

I would expect Quidco to have some formal process in place to get confirmation that you either met the criteria or not.

Say - did customer A install your Player Bundle before 31 August? ...or whatever the criteria were.

What were the criteria of the offer and do you think you met them? If so, explain that in your complaint to Quidco.

As mentioned - they are stating that the terms and conditions are set by the retailers - thus in this case virgin. 

criteria has been meet but rejected by the retailer. 

Both companies shifting the blame to one another. Yet both companies partnered up with one another but do not want to take any ownership!

I had similar but it was on the phone direct to Virgin sales team. They (virgin) themselves told me I would get my quidco cashback when I was booking the instalation date. They told me it was normal for virgin to acknowledge the quidco refer after instalation was complete. This is why now I am so annoyed with virgin only now claiming they have no control over the issue.
