I cancelled my account with virgin media because I was moving to a new house, and because of that I had to send the products back via mail, but I just got a text message telling me that they didn't receive the products back yet. I used yodel to send their products. Is there anything I can do?

Equipment returns getting stuck with Yodel are mentioned on here.

Assuming you used VM's equipment returns processes, did you keep a record of the receipt and the tracking number(s) when you returned the items?

If so, you are covered as anything happening to the kit after you returned the items via Yodel is VM's problem.
