Problems will my bill

I have spent so much time trying to speak to someone at virgin Media.  The service is diabolical. Every number just takes you to the same recording it is so frustrating.  I have received an email saying I did not pay my last bill and giving me a extra charge of £7.50. However, I did pay my last bill but trying to explain this to someone other that a virtual recording is non existent. I would be very happy to leave VM right now as the service is a absolute joke!
