I have been paying for Nextflix for a few months on my virgin bill, I used to use my daughters account but since the change in Netflix I thought I was on my account. Now I can’t get Netflix and when I try to login it asks for payment adding cards details but I pay for this in my virgin account
I had an engineer here recently for my set up issues after a Wi-Fi upgrade and he mentioned that there was something on the Netflix account that was to select for part of another subscription but I can not find this.
I don’t like paying for a service I don’t receive ???
