Problem with contract term

Hi All,

 

I've just joined on the 30 day rolling contract at £56/month as we are moving to temp accomodation for a short while.

I have been sent the contract by email and viewed it on My Virgin Media and it shows 18 month minimum term.

I've contacted Virgin via chat three times over the last few days to get this resolved and get promises that my account is 30 day rolling and they sent a revised contract which still shows 18 months.

I am due to collect my equipment from Click & Collect shop tomorrow but having 2nd thoughts.

Has anyone else had this issue? On chat they keep telling me I am on 30 day rolling but I'd rather see it in the contract.

I'm trying chat again but I've been waiting almost 2 hours already

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response, jimbro325,

 

You would be right that if it shows a month term, like 18 or 24 then it is not monthly.  Our records indicate that this has already resolved by our phone teams. Let us know if you need any further help.
