I recently moved house to an area not covered by virgin media. They sent a box to return my equipment. I've been trying to contact them without any luck as we aren't allowed out for 12 weeks. I sent this to customer services (I think!)...
Thank you for the return instructions. We are self isolating as we are in an "at risk" group due to the present corvid19 outbreak. Can you please tell me what I can do if I'm not able to get out to post the equipment return.
