Priority installation

I phoned virgin media over 5 weeks ago to get a extra virgin box in the bedroom.  I was told that I would have to pay the £35 activation fee but the installation fee would be free. I've now got my bill and not only have they charged me a £30 installation fee they have added another £30 fee for priority installation.  I've no idea what this is at all.  I've tried ringing and no answer.  Any help  please?

Sorry to hear you are having to query this Priority install charge £30
Id like to take a look into this for you and look to remove it. 
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
