When I had Telewest (as it then was) installed some 20 years ago by son, who then lived at home, signed us up for email and Tv services while I was at work.. Unfortunately he put himself down as the primary user.
I was the secondary user and ran the account, having all bills addressed to me and paying them. My son long since stopped using virgin media and has forgotten his login details and I now need to make changes to the account which can only be done by the primary holder. If I put what details I can into the lost password window it tells me they are incorrect.
Thanks for posting on the forums and welcome to the community 🙂
So this would all depend on who is the named account holder of the account. If you are the account holder, we can reset the primary account username/password for you from here via private messaging function (having passed security).
However if your Son is the named account holder, he would need to get in touch with us directly and we would only be able to reset the credentials with him.
