I recently changed some services as the package was getting too expensive.
I opted for e-bills to save some money, and also it was more convenient.
Now I realize that the primary account which was set up years ago has an email address that I can no longer access.
For the last 3 days I have tried phoning to get the email updated, but I'm getting "line busy" messages.
I can access the secondary account, but it's limited to what you can actually change, so now I'm basically locked out of my account until I get the email changed.
Is there any other solution to this problem or do I just need to keep phoning until I get through ?
