It's been an age since i last logged in with my primary account details, and now I've forgotten the password. Does anybody have any pointers on how to reset the password for the primary account? I suspect I can do this by ringing up, but I'd like that to be my last resort!

Thanks for the initial post pointing me to the link to reset, and your enquiry as to how things are progressing. I tried the link, and eventually arrive at a "Please confirm your username" page, when attempting to reset my password. I enter the details contained in the most recent email regarding my bill (I can not review the bill as "You don't have access to billing information. Only the main account holder can view billing info.") but then receive "Please enter valid bill details".
I have double & triple checked the details being entered to no avail. So I am stumped.
