Signed up to virgin broadband 2 days ago through moneysupermarket at one price. On that day I received a confirmation email of this, confirming the price and the installation date. Skip forward 2 days and i have now received the contract, which is stating a higher price.
I have today been on chat with the virgin text team (since around 09:30) and they are refusing to honour this until they see the confirmation email. Which I have pasted in to the chat but the are not receiving.
