Price rise and cancelling contract at end of minimum period
So I got a letter through my door the other day about the price of my broadband package going up from 1st March.
It says that because I have a discount offer in my contract, the amount that I pay per month won't be affected until the discount offer ends, which is 12 months from the start of my contract. The minimum period for my contract is also 12 months, so does this price rise affect my ability to cancel my contract after my minimum period is up?
Re: Price rise and cancelling contract at end of minimum period
Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
I'm slightly unsure of the question, I won't lie to you. As from reading your post - if your contract is up in 12 months time anyway, I am not sure why that would stop your ability to cancel, if you're at the end of your contract? I apologise if I had missed something - please let me know 🙂
