I need to do my annual "can you reduce my monthly cost " "no we can't", "OK I'll leave then", "oh sorry, yes we can" conversation but the phone lines are going straight to line busy. Is there an alternative route to sort our this yearly dance? Is someone here empowered to cut the [REMOVED] and take £40 off my bill like they always do. Or is there a better time of day to try calling?
Thing is, now that Openreach have been round upgrading the area with FTTP it's not an empty threat this year as I finally do have a feasible alternative and probably will actually leave this time. As long as i can reach someone to be able to do it!
