I received an email today in regards to the price increase.
From what I can work out the price increase is done on the billing amount before discounts.
This means my price increase is 34.47% which equates to £21.50 a month.
That's more than a third extra of my existing bill.
Is this the way it should be calculated?

If you mean before any discounts, then yes. Its the full package price it is based against.

Hey Felixkat,
Your individual price rise will be specific to the service you have. Overall, the average price rise is 13.8%. Some price changes will be lower and some customers will be excluded completely.

Thanks for the reply.
My increase is 34.47% which really isn't acceptable. Granted that I do currently have an amazing deal with VirginMedia but adding a third to the existing bill isn't really acceptable especially as my TV Go app hasn't worked for 6 months.

Thanks for coming back to us Felixkat, what issues are you having with your TV Go app?
