I upgraded my contract to a Gig1 package for £46 when everyone was getting the letters and chance to cancel/upgrade etc, specifically asked the cancellations team if i'll be affected by the price hike and was told no it'll stay £46, i'm now paying £53 a month, a month and a half later because of the price hike, website support says all customers are affected by this but i swear i was told i would not be as it is a new contract.
Anyone else with the same?
