Price increase and current contract

Hi,

I currently have TV, broadband and phone contract with VM which terminates in February 2024. 

I have a received a letter from VM regarding price increases from May 2023. The letter states that “price increases in 2023 will not affect you until your contract ends”.It then goes on to say “your package will increase by £15 a month subject to new pricing terms.......”

This is very confusing. Can you please confirm the following:-

Will the price of my contract increase in 2023?

Will I be able to leave/renegotiate a new deal when my current contract ends next year without incurring any penalties?
