Price increase and automated message

I phoned to cancel my contract  due to the price increase,  i was offered a £4 discount for 6 months without being tied into a new contract  my original package is £49  and had till april 2021 left on it

 

Today i got a email  to inform me I have successfully changed my packaged  to  £79 per month and a new 12 month term.

Is there a email address i can email to  I've tried phoning but the offshore agents don't understand my issues and telling me I've saved £4 a month on my line rental and its so frustrating,
