Price agreed but contract is different

Hello, i was online chat yesterday, agreed a price, received the contract, asked again the final price to be assured everything is covered with the 1 bill. I have just received a new contract the morning after, with a higher price? Is anybody able to look into this please? I have tried to go onto online chat but i keep seeing "oops something went wrong" i have logged into my account and viewed package, and it is higher than agreed but same as new contract i have received today?
