Price Hike

Hi, I've tried to use the text service but after being transferred to another team I've had no reply for 2 hours, and trying to avoid calling as its not an urgent issue.

I had a discount on my account which has now expired, taking my bill up by over £15 / month. I can't justify paying that much so need to either re-negotiate or move to another supplier. What are my options for getting in touch?

You’re already using the best way but shouldn’t expect prompt replies. Resources are low and call volumes high.
