I cut my virgin media broadband plan with effect from 22 April 2020. Your telephone operator said (spoken in March 2020) router prepaid return package would be sent to me soon but it was not received. Three weeks ago I sent another email asking for the prepaid return package but again no reply and nothing was received. Please send the prepaid return package to me at once.
Please make a record of this so I would not be charged for router not returned. Please confirm by reply this message and SMS to [REMOVED]
