I received an email with the pre-contract documents (for broadband and TV) but I can’t see a way to accept them or agree to them. There is a contract summary sheet and contract information sheet but I can’t see a way to show I’m happy with them and since I haven’t received my self-install kit I’m assuming this is the problem. Can anyone tell me how to sort it out please?
