We were meant to be changing providers on the 6/4/20 however they have had to cancel installation which mean we will be potentially disconnected, could we carry our virgin account on please as we have kids who require broadband for school
As resources are stretched currently it will probably take the VM staff a few days to get to this thread. If you can't get through to VM on the phone then you can send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a faster response.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
