I am potentially looking to sign up to get broadband from Virgin Media when I move out of my parents house shortly. They have been using Virgin Media broadband and TV for many years now. However, it's really putting me off that I can't find contact information to actually speak to somebody at all, I just keep ending up on FAQ or Help pages that don't answer my specific questions about the tariff I might choose and how any early disconnection fees would work for that particular one as it is on a deal. Does anyone know of a way I can get in touch with someone at VM to get these questions answered? At this point if I can't get hold of them I'll just go with another provider.
