waiting 6 days for reply from text contact. Waste of time. I fully understand the problems virgin are facing so why don't they put more information on there website about what will happen to people bills if the are out of contract and facing a large price hike or have discounts ending. Surely that would be the simple answer
that's the problem. We don't know and all we have is a deathly silence from Virgin. And of course if people cant contact them to renegotiate their. contract or discounts Virgin are going to do very nicely out of all these increased bills. I did email the chief executive but guess what no response.
