Postpone cancellation

Hi,

How can I get in touch to postpone the cancellation of my services?

My home phone is not working so cannot phone 150.

Due to the current circumstances my new provider cannot connect me and my services are due to be switched off in 2 days?

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

waiting 6 days for reply from text contact. Waste of time. I fully understand the problems virgin are facing so why don't they put more information on there website about what will happen to people bills if the are out of contract and facing a large price hike or have discounts ending. Surely that would be the simple answer

that's the problem.  We don't know and all we have is a deathly silence from Virgin. And of course if people cant contact them to renegotiate their. contract or discounts Virgin are going to do very nicely out of all these increased bills. I did email the chief executive but guess what no response.
