Porting landline number to VM after order has been placed

I have placed a new order for VM broadband and landline, but forgot to request that my existing landline number is ported. This is currently a Vodafone landline number.

Can I still request a number port, or would I have to cancel my order to do this?

Yes you can request a number port. Vodafone would need to leave the number active though for a few days after you have your Virgin services active. As we will need to request the live number from them.

I would also recommend that you call our customer services and Vodafone explaining you want a number port.
