Poor customer service

Good afternoon,

I would like one of the forum team to make contact with me so that I can raise a complaint concerning the poor customer service which I have received from Virgin Media.

That's not the role of the staff in this forum.  You need to submit a complaint yourself.

I am sorry but unless you are a forum staff member I will not be responding any further to this thread, since your replies are only delaying a response from the team, and as I specifically stated in my original post I require a response from a member of the Virgin Media Community Team.
