Please help with my broadband - need an actual human

I have tried to call numerous times and use the text chat, nothing, the line drops after an hour waiting every time and I'm never transferred to a real person on the text chat.

I need to arrange to get a new broadband package installed now I've been forced to work from home. Please help been waiting two weeks now trying to get in touch.

The reply I received was to simply go to the text line? The one I have already stated in the initial post I cannot get through to. What sort of customer service is this?
