Please help. My Fathers account

Hi.

My Dad suffered a stoke and now lives in a nursing home, I have been trying to contact Virgin to close the account as he is still getting billed. His house has been sold and I have no paperwork with account number on etc.. He does not remember an email address or password that he set up. when I have phoned Virgin i get asked for a password so going in circles all the while the amount he now owes is getting higher for a service he no longer recieves.

I'm really sorry that you've been having problems trying to close down your dad's account. I completely understand that you'd like this sorting out as soon as possible.
