Please don't disconnect my broadband

Hi,

My broadband was scheduled for disconnection on 10th April but now I am not moving house.

Please do not disconnect my broadband. I will continue to pay the monthly bill.

I can't login as I have forgotten my password and it won't accept a new password.

This cannot be sorted on this Forum. And please don't publish personal details. Anyone could phone up now with your account number, and they have your name as well. wouldn't take long to track down more details about you. - edit them out please for your own privacy.

You'll have to phone in. It'll be hard but it is the only way.
