Placed upgrade order which was confirmed by email but not displaying in “my orders”.

Hi

Placed upgrade order which was confirmed by email but not displaying in “my orders”. this was placed 20 days ago, but orders says :

It looks like you don't have any open orders!

 

Do I need to place an order again. Don’t need any new equipment, so thought upgrade would be automated and processed very quickly with out any staff input. Or is there a very, very long queue for package upgrades.
