I placed an upgrade order which options showed up once I logged in.
When I chased the order I was told I couldn’t have it and it’s for new customers only !? .. so why show up on my account ??
so I decided I didn’t want it, lo and behold the order went through but at over £30 a month more than I was quoted.
I need to cancel this but cannot get through, what is the quickest way please ?
annoyed cost of options can be changed at any point. Would you pay for shopping if price went up at checkout ? .. no
