Pin trouble

Evening all,

I am a new customer with no 4 digit pin .

Tried the process to get pin and used security questions correctly but it says it doesn’t recognise my details ,the details are correct if I try a 3rd time I am blocked.

I tried the phone number but says no agents avail due to Covid ,please try online 

getting very frustrated by this run around ,please I just want to watch tv before 9pm

A warm welcome to our Community Forum 41s and sorry to hear about the PIN code. May I ask whether it's the parental control one for the TV Box? If so, please see this link for further details about it. If it's not that PIN you're referring to, can you give us more details so we can help?
