I’ve had several phone calls from virgin media over the past couple days but every time I pick up the phone no one answers for 5 second and the they hang up, I’m having 5-6 missed calls a day from the same number

Have you used the opt-out in 'My Virgin Media' not to receive marketing calls from VM?

It is also possible that the calls may be using a fake caller ID (which looks like it is VM) and the callers are in fact scammers.

Can you block the number on your phone?
