Phantom Package Change?!?!

Can someone please explain this to me, because im struggling to understand how Virgin Media have messed up and created a phantom package change without me knowing!

I renewed my contract on the 11th April 2023, and had opted for just the Volt M125 Fibre Broadband. I have been paying £27 a month for this.

I've just check this month's bill and Virgin are trying to charge me £45 as I have supposedly made changes to my broadband! 

I have made NO changes at all! 

So how is this possible???

This needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY! I've already had to deal with a similar complaint back at the beginning of April, and gave Virgin Media the benefit of the doubt and stayed with them. And yet again, I'm being overcharged for something I've had no involvement with!

This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
