Persistent Billing error

I’m at my wits end with billing issues. Since signing up to a £92 per month contract back in October I’ve constantly been billed over £130 per month. Each moth I complain and each month I get an apology and promise of a credit. But surprise surprise the credit never arrives. My contract states my monthly contract is over 130 when I log in to my account, but That’s not was verbally agreed and each time I call the help desk agrees, but they don’t fix it.

any idea how I escalate this issue as the help desk just continually promise a credit. I’m now due over 200 in credits.

Hats off to Martin for helping out - got this months bill today and looks like the issue has been sorted. Virgin have credited my account. I only wish the call centre staff could have sorted it as quickly as Martin did.
