My dad is currently with virgin media and on a full package but would like to downgrade, this is the first time he has been trying to contact VM since my mum passed away last year and he doesn’t know any login details or passwords etc. He is 76 years old and really struggling with his bills and wants to lower his package price but cannot do so without the password and can’t get to his nearest store.
I am afraid that the VM stores are not re-opening.
