Payments

Hi . Ive paid my last few bills using the online quick pay option because my account said I dont have a direct debit set up . So I made this months payment as usual using quick pay but 2 days later a direct debit came out for the same amount so have now paid twice . My account still says no direct debit set up but am now in credit . Am I able to get a refund on the payment I made using quick pay ?
