My service got suspended at some point through the night, I have paid the full amount online, but it’s still saying its due, I tried to call the 0345 number but won’t put me through anyone because my bill needs paying, i have a email receipt of this! How can I get this fixed if I can’t speak to actual person

It will do if you paid it overnight it will get updated within 4 hrs from 8 am this morning
