Payment

Can someone please help. I have had my promotional credit taken off and am now being charged £75 for my service. I was told when I moved house it would be a new contract and would keep my promotion. If this is not so then I want to cancel right now.

Yer all sorted now thanks. Was not the house move that caused it. Is now looki g like a phone sale that promissed everything but had hidden extras that I was not told about.

Hi can someone please contact me. My bill was supposed to be sorted out and even have an email confirming this. But the bill is still showing the same and is due in 2 days.
