Hi.I don't have an access to my bills in app and on the website... can you fix it? I don't want to pay for things like that... Specially for added charge for unpaid bills. I need access 24/7 how i have in contract.
Staff here will only be able to assist you in using online billing, if your still having difficulty logging in through the My Virgin Media website then you could call and pay your bill on the automated system.
If your struggling to access online services I recommend trying to contact customer service using online chat service or by telephone (though wait times are long currently)
