Payment of bill

The bill payment was done by direct debit and now it is not done and the connectivity has lost. I have forgot the username and password. And also i dont know the account number, please help me to pay the bill

Which methods have you tried to use to pay your bill?

All of the methods that we have to pay your bill can be found here.

 

Also have you checked with your bank as to why your direct debit hasn't gone through?

The account number will be in the contract that was emailed to you when you signed up.
