Payment not working online

Good Morning 

Can anyone tell me or explain why the payments is not working ?.  I have a new card which is working OK via epos in supermarkets etc and yet not hear.  I enter all the correct details and email then goes and does its validation with my bank which authorise the transaction then returns to the app but it returns to the front payments screen to ask for payment to be made.  Seemingly Ican only talk to a bot which is not very helpful.  I talked to my bank just in case all good no hindrance on their side so leaves me confused and frustrated that I can't pay.  Anyone out there have any pointers or ways of contacting someone to take a payment?.

Sorry to hear of any payment issues - we're not aware of this happening.

Have you tried other browsers/incognito mode?
