Just recieved a text to say my payment has not gone through yet my bank details have not changed. And never had a problem before. I don't want my phone to be cut off please help

I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the text message, this isn't something we would send. It sounds like a scam text.
I've been able to locate the account using your forum details and everything looks fine 🙂
Chances are it is a scam text & not from Virginmedia.If you check your account has the payment been credited?
